Roof Condition Drone Surveys

The Survey

Your roof condition survey will take anywhere from 30min to 2hrs, depending on the roof's build shape & complexity, and condition.

Once complete, you will receive your photos, video, and basic report.

You can use these for your surveyor, insurance, roofer quotes, even a home purchase negotiation.

Locations Covered

We cover North Wales & Mid Wales.

Once we agree on a date, we will advise a time that best suits the weather conditions for your location and day. Unless it is a full, good weather day, we will arrange a time that best suits you.

We maintain a reach of 2-3 hours to provide a quicker service for you, and this is also due to meteorological reasons.

• Because we can quickly document everything visually for you to keep as records and use for pre-purchase negotiations, quotes, your chartered surveyor, roof professional, and/or insurance purposes.
• All imagery is high-resolution, time-and-date-stamped.
• Doesn't risk the human factor of a potential fall. 
• Prevents risk of further damage from walking over the roof.
• The data collected from the drone serves as evidence of the condition and is used as proof. Insurance companies have used excuses such as 'poorly maintained roof' or 'previous damage' as reasons for not paying out claims.
• Roof condition inspection for a property before purchase. You spend on a surveyor to conduct their limited checks, but the roof receives a cursory glance from below. A roof isn't cheap, so it leaves room for final negotiations.
